Future Residential Space

In the part of the city where East Project is located, a new neighborhood is emerging. Two large-scale residential complexes are under construction nearby, with building permits already issued, which will add approximately 3,800 apartments to the area. A bus stop is situated directly in front of our project site, making transportation convenient. Additionally, one of the country's largest shopping centers, East Point, is only 300 meters from East Project. Next to the project, there is a 1.2-hectare recreational area, ideal for relaxation and entertainment.

Commercial Spaces for Everyday Needs

East Project is just 300 meters from East Point, providing access to a wide variety of shops. Therefore, the internal commercial spaces are tailored to meet the daily needs of residents: a bakery for fresh morning bread, natural seasonal products, and a quiet place for morning coffee. Everything is practical and designed for daily routines.

Meat and Cheese Shop

A small shop selling local meat and Georgian cheese. Supplies will come directly from regional producers, ensuring quality and natural products. New products will arrive daily, serving the entire neighborhood.

Fruit and Vegetable Shop

Seasonal vegetables and fruits grown locally. Only fresh, natural, and seasonal produce will be offered.

Supermarket

Some of the commercial spaces in East Project will house chain supermarkets, providing residents with essential products for everyday life.

Bakery (Tone)

The bakery is a standalone building, an integral part of Georgian daily life. Its separation from other commercial spaces will bring a new character and rhythm to the neighborhood. It will provide freshly baked bread and other confectionery products.
