The Tetri Kvadrati complex consists of 6 residential buildings, including two 14-story buildings, one 15-story building, and three 22-story buildings. Each residential building includes over 100 apartments, along with various commercial and office spaces.

The concept of the residential neighborhood is tailored to meet the needs of future residents. Apartments are designed for new families, rental purposes, students, or large families. Apartment sizes start from 53 sq.m.

The neighborhood will feature playgrounds, sports fields, a recreational zone, cafes, restaurants, salons, and many other facilities designed to meet residents’ needs.

Buildings will be equipped with a generator to support fire safety systems, drinking water pumps, elevators, parking, corridors, public spaces, and emergency and evacuation lighting in the courtyard.

Both open and private underground parking will be available.
