A new neighborhood by Tetri Kvadrati, Isani Park is a multifunctional area in Isani, on Navtlughi Street, designed for modern living and fully equipped with all necessary infrastructure.

Every detail is tailored for those seeking complete residential comfort within a single neighborhood. The area features kindergartens, schools, commercial spaces, landscaped parks, playgrounds, and sports fields.

The project will be energy-efficient, fully adapted, and equipped with fire safety systems. It will also have a generator to support fire safety systems, elevators, parking, corridors, public spaces, and emergency/evacuation lighting in the courtyard.

Isani Park is a collaborative project between the development company Tetri Kvadrati and the construction companies B.K. Construction and Anagi.
